Doodle Types On A Sunday Morning
More unfamiliar faces from an old scratch pad. The guy in the first panel, top row far right seems to be the only one with pupils AND whites to his eyes as well as any suggestion of concavity to his ears. He don't look too bright though.
To this day (a Tuesday) whenever I see a plastic comb, some reptile part of my brain automatically conjures up the icky pink smell of the icky pink stuff that old style barbers used to marinate those things in.
Three little geek boys off to deal with the many cruelties of life; said injustices not to be tempered, I fear, by the fact that they all have a total of six fingers per kid.
Love to doodle, love to watch old movies, love listening to all kinds of old music, looking at all kinds of illustration (old or otherwise). As they say, all my life I've been keeping alive traditions that were dead years before I was born.
