Evil yes, but practical. That umbrella collar of his is gonna keep him real dry in the next torrential downpour, or even if he starts bawling. But maybe I'm confusing sad clowns with evil clowns.
And you don't really wanna confuse sad clowns with evil clowns. The difference could be whether you listen to an aria from "Paliachi" or your head exploding from a dynamite laced cigar.
The thing with evil clowns is, their heads have already exploded. They wish yours to do the same. You can tell the difference between evil and sad by the pointy head, cleverly disguised in this example. They aslo know the aria, so be cautious.
